More on happiness ... A sad survey found that 45% of people say they haven't been truly happy for more than two years. And 25% say they don't know, or have forgotten, what it means to feel truly happy. But don’t despair. Apparently there’s an easy way to regain your happiness – and it takes just three minutes a day. According to a study from the University of Pennsylvania, if you spend a few minutes at the end of the day writing down three good things that happened to you that day – and why they happened – your happiness will increase.
