We hope you are sitting down because when you see this adorable and cuddly litter you are sure to get weak in the knees. Once that happens, you will be hooked on a feeling of larger-than-life love. We guarantee these pups deliver that and so much more. Come meet this irresistible litter of terrier mix puppies as the age of 7 weeks old. Lay down the red carpet because they are ready to be welcomed home.

Meet our girl Lennon. This little darling is a wee thing at just 5 pounds. She will grow into her full-grown weight over time, and we are estimating that she will be a medium size gal up to around 50 or 60 pounds. Of course, that is only a guess and time will determine her true adult size. However, there is no guessing involved when we say Lennon is the bees knees when it comes to making friends. She is always on the lookout to finding best friends whether those friends are other dogs, children or cats. Her playful and bubbly nature is always drawing in a crowd.

All of her house, crate and leash training are in progress. Lennon is taking puppy steps and learning and practicing every day to master her skill set. She will benefit from a family that will provide her with structure and consistency to learn basic skills for adaptability with the life of a house dog.

As with all puppies, Lennon is full of curiosity and wonderment, and is ready to grow from adorable puppy to amazing dog with the right guidance and patience. She will need a home with someone who has the time, desire and energy to train and socialize her so that she can become the perfect lifelong companion.

Our girl Lennon raises the bar when it comes to a sweet and charming little girl. The next step in her journey is to find the family that will call her their own.

The adoption fee for Lennon is $600. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue and transportation fees.

About Dog Star Rescue

Dog Star Rescue, a non-profit, volunteer-run organization, is a dog rescue organization based out of the Hartford CT area. We work closely with shelters in the South as well as New England states to save the lives of loving and loyal dogs who have lost their way and find themselves on death row. Our team of wonderful volunteers get these adoptable dogs the medical and emotional care they need so they can transition into a loving forever home. To date we’ve placed over 4,000 dogs with new families.

All of our amazing volunteers are unpaid and donate their time because of their passion for helping dogs. They spend significant time each week helping guide dogs to a wonderful new life. If you ask our volunteers, they’ll tell you they do it for a wide variety of reasons, including personal satisfaction in helping address a nationwide problem, their love of dogs, and a desire to have fun socializing with like-minded people. Dog Star is always looking for new volunteers to join our group, so if you would like to be a part of our organization, please check out our Volunteer Opportunities page.
